She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adams Dickey and Helen Dickey (Johnson); her husband Richard Earl Cook; and her sister Paddy. She is survived by: her son Michael Cook (Cinthia) of Jesup; her grandchildren, Nicole Foelske (Chad) of Jesup, Jeffrey Cook (Jill) of Jesup and Whitney Benter (Steve) of Jesup; her great grandchildren, Landen, Brantley, Hadley, Kenzingten Foelske and Gracelynn Cook; and her siblings, John and Nancy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the White Funeral Home (1315 Main St, Jesup, IA 50648). Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A vigil service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Athanasius Catholic Church (635 Stevens St, Jesup, IA 50648).
Memorials will be directed to St. Athanasius Catholic Church, and Unity Point Hospice.
