With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael James Haley of Jesup, Iowa, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Noble and Phyllis Hershberger (Haley); and his siblings, Deona Ware and Robert Haley. He is survived by: his girlfriend Joan Hamilton of Jesup, IA; his daughters, Michaela Haley and Autumn Haley of Dubuque, IA; his granddaughter Briella Brecht; his aunts and uncles, Geraldine Simpson, Sarah Judd, Robert, Keith and John Haley; and also Brittney Brecht (Devin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
