With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda K. Lindquist of Jesup, Iowa, who passed away on February 1, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Ramus Cummings and Darlene Cummings (Nottnagel); and her son Aaron Thomas Berns. She is survived by: her former husband Gregory Berns; her husband Tim Lindquist of Jesup, IA; her children, Jeffrey Berns (Sharla) of Ridgeway, IA, Chad Lindquist of Waterloo, IA and Charlene Bunger (Brandon) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Kendra Berns, Kody Berns, Alexandria Sanders (Brent), Calista Bunger, Gavin Bunger, Zachary Lindquist (Dana), Ashton Lindquist (Teresa) and Jake Lindquist; her great grandchild Rosa Lynn Lindquist; and her siblings, Karen Schaffer of Davenport, IA, Hubert Duane Cummings (Donna) of Reno, NV, Thomas Cummings (Lenna) of Clermont, IA, Marie Beckwith of Mesa, AZ, Terry Cummings (Danice) of Clermont, IA and Devin Cummings (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be directed to the church and to the Aaron Berns Memorial Scholarship Fund at Truman State University, Kirksville, MO, which honors Linda's late son, Aaron Berns.
