She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Phillip Leyh and Mabel Josephine Leyh (Handley); and her brother-in-law Wayne Lienau. She is survived by: her former husband Dennis Alan Hart; her husband Dennis "Denny" Hart of Clarksville; her sons, Jeffrey "Jeff" Hart (Pam) of Allison, IA, Jason Hart of Clive, IA and Josh Hart (Nancy) of Saukville, WI; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Eva, Levi and Dalia; her siblings, Yvonne Lienau of Sumner, Carole Huntley (Jack) of Independence, IA, Larry Leyh (La Vonne) of Sumner, Donald Leyh and Joyce Diemer; and her brother-in-law Kenny Diemer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the family to provide school musical instruments for students.
