We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2018, at the age of 82, Ernest H. Welter (Jesup, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Welter and Loretta Welter (Sonday); and his brothers, LeRoy Welter and Vincent Welter. He is survived by: his sister Norma Jean Colburn of Nevada, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
