She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Rhodes Slater and Jessie Alfhild Slater (Hodges); her husband Jack Willett; her great grandchildren, Kanen McIntosh, Zeke Hansen and Everley McIntosh; and her siblings, Margaret Roepke, Mildred Boeckman and John Slater.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Bare of Elgin, IL, Debra Van Pelt (Matthew) of Oak Harbor, WA and Patricia McIntosh (James) of Dunkerton, IA; her brother Robert Slater of Dothan, AL.; and her niece Kathi Benz (Thayne) of Manchester, IA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren.
