She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Moore and Josephine G. Moore (Maller); her husband Delbert Francis Phillips; her daughter Regina Thiry; and her siblings, Norbert, Burton, Joseph Moore, Marian Stiefvater, Irene Moore, Carolyn Grummitt and Eva Welsch.
She is survived by: her children, Marcie Miller (Steve) of Waterloo, IA, Donna Meade of Fishers, IN, Ann Blaser (Rob) of Waukee, IA, Rick Phillips (Debra) of Jesup, Timothy Phillips (Angela) of Independence, IA and Ronnie Phillips of Rochester, MN; and her son-in-law Ken Thiry of Waterloo. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Memorials will be directed to St. Athanasius Catholic Church.
