He is survived by: his son Jeff (Chris) of Scranton; his sister Marge Schulze of Des Moines; his friend Ellen Lane of Waukee; his grandchildren, Matessa Aschinger (Jamie), Ashley Hanlon, Amber Snyder (Tony) and Josh Schulze (Breanna Andrews); and his great grandchildren, Lukas, Logan, Jacie, Joeleigh, Annabelle, Madelyn, Noah, Autumn and Scarlett.

Wearing of masks are suggested at the funeral home.

Bill wishes were that memorials be given to the Jefferson American Legion or to the Jefferson Elks National Youth Scholarship Foundation.
