He is survived by: his son Forrest Friedow (Nathan Marcy); his grandson Mansel of Los Angeles, CA; his son Justin Friedow (Lorena) of Belmond, IA; his grandchildren, Ricardo Mendoza of Coralville, IA, Ashley Friedow of Waterloo, IA and Aiden Friedow of Belmond, IA; his daughter Alyssa Sundell (Chris); his grandson Grant; his stepson Terry Fisher of Gilmore City, IA; his grandson Allen Fisher; his great grandchild Avery Fisher of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Alex Fisher, Christian Fisher of Jonestown, PA, Kylee Reynolds and Victoria Fisher of Houston, TX.; his siblings, Melissa Cook of Britt, IA, Mitchell Friedow (Geneva) of Huxley, IA and Rene Abels (Dan) of Kanawha, IA.; his close friend Rita Scheiring; and also, Ann Freiberg of Iowa City, IA., Vickie Friedow, Stephanie Hummel, Madison and Evelyn Hummel. He is also survived by his children and siblings.
Mark died from complications of COVID-19 on February 6, 2021.
