He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Barker and Elsie Barker (Ferguson); and his siblings, Martha, Mary Beth and Jackie.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Barker of Fairfield, Alice Barker of Fairfield, Marie Carter (Gale) of Hillsboro and Nancy Oldfield (Douglas) of Wellman.
