He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Foelske and Minnie Foelske (Steinberg); his sister LuAnn Leisinger (Marvin); and his niece Janice Dryer. He is survived by: his wife Melodie Foelske of Janesville, Iowa; his daughters, Rachel Foelske, Upshaw (John), Amy Mortenson (Rick) and Sarah Sanderson (Blair); and his siblings, Darlene Knief (Lawrence), Duane Foelske (Sandy) and Andrea Musselman (Bob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
