He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnim Griffith and Ethel Griffith (Garrison); his spouse Delaine "Sue" Hildebrand; his daughter Dannette Hildebrand; and his siblings, Mary Griffith Bahlmann, Lonnie Griffith and George Griffith.
He is survived by: his sons, Josh Griffith of Janesville and Ed Griffith of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Emerson and Raine of Cedar Falls; and his brother Kenny Griffith (Jan) of Des Moines.
