He is survived by: his wife Linda Weber; his daughter Amber Hartman (Rusty) of Anamosa; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Kolten, Gage and Ryker; and his siblings, Dennis Bush (Deb), Patty Mortenson (Doug), Charlotte Groves (Joe), Evonne Hockert, Alan Bush (Chris) and Bryan Bush (Lori). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
