She is survived by: her former spouse Rollie Welcher; her children, Lori Welcher (Dave Farver), Shawn Welcher (Tammy) and Frank Welcher (Jessie); her grandchildren, Ashley Mathern, Afton Osterberger, Gatlin Leytham, Lisa Montgomery, Michael Welcher, Marshall Welcher and Joseph Preece; and her siblings, Illa Ingle, Sharon Hunt and Jim Mallory.
