She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dickison and Hazel Dickison Frisbie (Garland); her stepfather Clarence Frisbie; her husband Larry Haffner; her daughter Deborah England; her sister Hazel Thiel; and her nephew Greg Fitzner.
She is survived by: her children, James Cook of Des Moines, Jeff Strohman of Pensacola, Susan Sauter of Lenox, Keith Strohman of Linn Grove and Mary Christopherson of Spencer, Iowa; and her sister Ardith Shuck (Larry) of Hartley, Iowa. She is also survived by thirty six grandchildren; fifty great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
