He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle. He is survived by: his children, Randy (Angela), Scott (Dawn), Kevin (Melissa) and Kelsey Kiburz; his siblings, Jack (Nancy), Lana Oberbreckling (Tom) and Jerry (Karen); his former wives, Judy McDonald and Phyllis Eggers; and his wife Cheri Reed. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
