He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Scottie" Henderson and Hazel "Ruth" Henderson; his wife Carol; his siblings, Roberta and Denny; his stepson Kin Headley; and his grandson Nicholas.
He is survived by: his children, Kristy Morford (David) of Earlham, IA, Kelly Petsche (Ed) of Omaha, NE, Kandace Meeker (Randy) of Council Bluffs, IA and Kyle Henderson (Wendy) of Cedar Falls, IA; and his stepchildren, Beth Worrell (Danny), Carla Dillard (Spencer) and Courtney Headley-Jungers (Scott). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
