He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Champine and Dawn Maze; his grandchildren, Maverick Snider, Holly Maze, Cassidy Perkins, Zealand Maze, Sierra Norris and Chase Francis; his brother Fran Stevenson (Stacia); his sister-in-law Marilyn Stevenson; and his close friend Cliff Handy. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
