It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Johnson of James, Iowa, born in Ames, Iowa, who passed away on November 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Morck and Edith Morck (Brooks); her husband James "Jim" Johnson; and her brother Bob Morck. She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Johnson (Hannah) and Brian Johnson (Jean); her grandchildren, Cory Copley, Ashlee Johnson, Meadow Johnson and James Johnson; her sisters, Kathy South, Mary Yager (Blair), Evelyn Kotouc (Jimmy), Rose Fink (Doug) and Caren Wolfe (Darrell); and her sister-in-law Darla Lapole. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and friends.

Memorial contributions would be preferred to the Animal Rescue League.
