He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit Postma and Josephine Antoinette Postma (Heersink); and also, Martin and Joy De Wit. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Kay De Wit of Ireton; his children, Derrick (Christina Postma), Sarah (Nathaniel Spronk), Michael (Danielle Postma) and Grant (Ronni Postma); his grandchildren, Zachary, Taiya, Brielle and Livian Postma; and his siblings, Joanne (Gary De Aarment), Esther (Paul Potter), Duane (Shelly Postma), Joyce (Lyle Vermeer), Lori (Verlyn Westra), Arlan (June De Wit), Robert (Laurie De Wit), Lyle (Pam De Wit), Loren (Julie De Wit) and Amy (Bill Davis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
