He was predeceased by: his parents, George Vonk and Henrietta Vonk; his daughter Terri Juzek; and his brother-in-law Ken Faber. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Vonk; his children, Marie Juzek (Tim) of Ireton, Katie Magnison (Will Frantz) of Sioux Falls, David Vonk (Cathy) of Mountain Lake and Tammie Fedderson (Dave) of Rochester, Minnesota; and his siblings, Jan Faber of Sioux Center, Sharon Boeyink (Jim) of Sioux Center, Larry Vonk of Sioux Center, Bruce Vonk (Sue) of Sioux Center, Bonnie Fedders (Roger) of Ireton and Glenn Vonk of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
