He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hamilton and Luany Hamilton (Armstrong); his spouse Audria Mae McClatchey; his daughter-in-law Wendy Hamilton; his granddaughter Rachel Lou Alderman; his brothers, Wallace and Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen, Eddie and Marlyn.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Hamilton of Fairfax Station, VA and Stephanie Hamilton (Jake Just) of Clear Lake; his granddaughter Kristen Maurelli (Angelo); his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander of Charlottesville, VA, Neil Hamilton of Washington, D. C., Mackenzie Hamilton of Gainesville, VA and Mary Nell Alderman; his siblings, Merle Hamilton (Carol), Larry Hamilton, Margaret Ellingson and Elizabeth Olson; his sister-in-law Arlene Hamilton; and his cousin Kate Kisner of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
