He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Fults and Arlene Fults. He is survived by: his wife Judith Fults of Iowa Falls; his children, Jason of Iowa Falls, Tammy and Robin; his sister Jill of Omaha Nebraska; his grandchildren, Avary, Myla and Channing; and also, Danielle of Iowa Falls, Jack of Omaha Nebraska and Eggspuehler of Omaha Nebraska.
