He was predeceased by: his parents, Verne Fuller and Gladys Fuller (Johnson); his wife Arleen Upton; and his granddaughter Amy. He is survived by: his children, Connie Minick (Joe) of Muscatine, Iowa, Robert Jr. (Eileen) of Iowa Falls, Iowa and Richard (Sharon) of Des Moines, Iowa; and his sister Betty Taylor (John) of Iowa Falls, Iowa.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
