He is survived by: his wife Leona Hoefer; his children, Lori Stockdale of Waterloo, Lance (Darla) of Iowa Falls and Lincoln (Kim) of Iowa Falls; his sisters, Jan (Lloyd) of Alden and LeAnn of Garden Grove; his half-siblings, Deb Sharar of Clear Lake and Rod Sharar of Ankeny; and his grandchildren, Matt, Macy (Jaylen), Karson, Angelia and Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
