Kathryn Rankin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Rankin of Iowa Falls, Iowa, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crabtree and Ruth Crabtree (Thompson); her husband James Rankin; her son Dale Rankin; and her siblings, Glen Crabtree, Ted Crabtree, Forrest Crabtree, Marjorie Gillespie and Don Crabtree.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Rankin (Deb) of Riceville, Nancy Waggoner (Steve) of Iowa Falls, Jack Rankin (Cheryl) of Iowa Falls, Merle Rankin of Iowa Falls, Mike Rankin of Iowa Falls and Gary Rankin (Carrie) of Waterloo; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Crabtree of Mason City and Beth Crabtree of Iowa Falls. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, Jack Rankin, 520 School St, Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126, to be used for the Dale Rankin Scholarship.
