She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Catherine Schierholz (Duwe) and Alvin Schierholz; her sister-in-law Betty Schierholz; and her granddaughter Jamie Ann Dittmer. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey; her husband Martin Dittmer of Iowa Falls, Iowa; her sons, David Dittmer (Natalia) of Woodland, Washinton, Dr. Mark Dittmer (Kathy Hart-Dittmer) of Bettendorf, Jeff Dittmer (Sandy) of Thermopolis and Kay Verink (Jeff) of Monroe, Wisconsin; and her brother Orville Schierholz of Sterling, Colorado.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren: five great-grandchildren.
