He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oliver Forkum and Ora Ruby Felts; and his siblings, Roscoe Harman and Mary Ellen Forkum. He is survived by: his wife Carol Harman (Alm) of Iowa Falls, Iowa; his daughters, Christina Golz of California, Charlotte Holbrook of Texas, Cheryl Rine of California and Cindy Lowther of Iowa Falls, Iowa; his stepchildren, Lars Alm of Iowa Falls, Randy Alm of Iowa Falls, Sam Alm of Washington and Angie Lowe of Washington; and his siblings, Scott Harman and Susan Alexander. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
