He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cheslik (Jim) of Muncie, IN, John Slobaszewski (Marcelle) of Warrensburg, MO, Mary Whitaker (Charlie) of Urbandale, IA and Dale Slobaszewski (Cindy) of Altoona, IA.; his grandchildren, Matthew Cheslik (Darlynn), Megan Kubick (Jason), Victoria Whitaker Sorge (Andrew), Daniel Slobaszewski (Ashleigh), Sarah Slobaszewski and Sam Slobaszewski; and his great grandchildren, Isabel McLaughlin, Chloe Cheslik, Carson Kubick, Madelyn Cheslik, Devyn Kubick and Quinn Kubick.
