He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Heitland and Jennie Ann Heitland (Bulten); and his brother Jeff. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Burns (Bob) of Iowa Falls and Shawn Heitland (Amy) of Aplington; and his aunt Kathy Bulten of Radcliffe. He is also survived by six nephews, three nieces, seven grandnephews and six grandnieces.
