She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rufus Hilbrand and Jessie Hilbrand (Ubben); her husband Leo Neubauer; her children, Dennis Neubauer (Rosie) and Sharon Mulford-Henson of Iowa Falls, Iowa; her grandchildren, Scott Neubauer (Donna) of Ames, Phil Neubauer (Denise) of Burton, Amy Emerson of Iowa Falls, Chad Mulford (Sinda) of Iowa Falls, Dan Neubauer (Nikki) of Ankeny, Joel Mulford of Iowa Falls and Laura Thies (Bruce) of Iowa Falls, Iowa; her sister-in-law Fern Neubauer of Indiana; and her sons-in-law, Dick Mulford and Bill Henson. She was also cherished by seventeen great- grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
