She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Forte and Edith Forte (Ashpole); her siblings, Earl and Shirley; and her grandson Marshall.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Pilchard of Iowa Falls, Iowa; her children, Tamara Barhite of Wellsburg, Todd Pilchard (Traci) of Geneva, Teresa Hillis (Glenn) of Holmen and Christopher Pilchard (Renee) of Stanwood, Washington.; her grandchildren, Michelle, James, Jason Barhite, Brandon, Brittany Pilchard, Joshua, Ashley Hillis, Miranda and Monica Pilchard; her siblings, Lowell Forte (Mary Hawkes) of California and Karen Saathoff (Steve) of Webster City, Iowa; and her nieces, Danielle Saathoff of Boone and Justine Saathoff of Fort Dodge.
