He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt Kloetzer and Ella Kloetzer (Poley); his wife Wanda Kloetzer (Oleson); his daughter June Modlin; and his siblings, Lillian Lehr, Clara Ploeger, Erna Roelfs, Ruth Miller, Frank, Raymond and Robert Kloetzer.
He is survived by: his children, Donald D. Kloetzer (Ruth) of Geneva, David Kloetzer (Amy) of Iowa Falls and Diane Kloetzer of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jackson, Jeff Jackson (Jaime), Joe Jackson (Tully), Sara Schlisner (Scott), Drew Kloetzer, Seth Kloetzer, Zach Kloetzer (Bobbi), Ryan Kloetzer, Luke Kloetzer and Emma Kloetzer; and his sister Elfrieda Miller of Iowa Falls. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
