She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Mercer and Ruth Mercer (Chandler); her husband Jacob Hulsebus; her brothers, Frank and DeWayne; and her nieces and nephews, Larry Mercer, John Mercer, Kerry Mercer, Jane Mercer, Donna Mercer and Francis Mercer.
She is survived by: her niece Kelly Mercer Gates of Marshalltown; her nephews, Steve Mercer of Ames, Kevin Mercer of Georgetown, TX and George Mercer of Vidor Texas; and her close friends, Kathy, Rick Lyman, Dean Bright, Randy, Teri Hartkopp and Marge McStockard.
