She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Butt and Irene Butt (Buckallew); her husband William Franklin Smith; her son David Smith; and her siblings, Delores Butt, Merle Butt, James Butt, Bob Butt, Larry Butt and Dennie Butt.
She is survived by: her children, Fern Graves of Iowa Falls and Wayne Smith of Iowa Falls; her brother Verl Butt of Hampton; her brother-in-law Larry Smith of Ackley; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Smith of Steamboat Rock, James Smith of Iowa Falls and Sally Graves of Iowa Falls. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
