He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Hylton and Ila Mae Jackson (Lambertsen); and his nephew Kyle Jackson. He is survived by: his former wife Claudia Melton; his wife Bev Jackson of Iowa Falls, Iowa; his daughters, Margaret Jackson of Atlantic and Laura Jackson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nicolaisen and Jackson Thomas; his stepson Michael Cole (Allison) of Whitten, Iowa; his stepgrandchildren, Gwyneth Cole, Willow Cole, Julia Andrews and Dylan Andrews; his brothers, Hylton Jackson of Des Moines and Wallen Jackson (Carla) of Coralville, Iowa; his nieces, Marcy Jackson and Melinda Moore (Charles); and his nephew Ryan Jackson (Jessica).
