She is survived by: her parents, Lester Michelson and May Johnson Michelson (Peterson); her spouse Vernon Smith June; her children, Susan Eilers (Galen) of Janesville, Janine Greenwood (John) of Ames, Les Smith (Diana) of Waterloo, Joel Smith (Kathy) of Waterloo, Becki Draeger (Joe) of Savage, Mark Smith (Sue) of Nora Springs, Laurie Johnson (Mike) of Pleasant Hill, Tim Smith (Cindy) of Conway, AR., Larry Smith of Evansadale, Randy Smith (Kerry) of LeCenter and Andy Smith (Melissa) of Alden; her siblings, Pauline Grieman, Raymond Michelson, Vivian Michelson, Allen Michelson and Duane "Bud" Michelson; and her grandchildren, Heather Johnson and Robert McIlrath. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren; and 41 great grandchildren.
