She is survived by: her father-in-law Warren; her daughters, Sharon Womack of Webster City and Glenda Plant (Tom) of Philomath; her daughter-in-law Dora Collins (Bryce) of Iowa Falls; her grandchildren, Ron Collins (Jody), Karen Collins Bouska (Bob), Debra Womack Hopkins, Kevin Womack (Cheryl), Keith Womack (Lisa), Tara Womack Hanna (Kory), Alicia Plant Straub (Dave) and Gary Plant (Jill); her great grandchildren, Joe, Nick, Kyle Bouska, Tyler, Ashley Hopkins, Cole, Kaden, Katelyn Womack, Kelsey, Beau, Josh Hanna, Mackenzie, Dustin Straub, Emily, Justin and Amanda Plant; and her great great grandchildren, Kaine and Bennett. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
