She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Val, Marilyn Skarda, Jan and Anna Vodrazkovi. She is survived by: her fathers, Gary Skarda of Iowa City and Igor Bielecki of Iowa City; and her son Elijah Perry.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service (605 Kirkwood Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Victoria Skarda Memorial Fund.
