With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terrence Dean Hagen of Iowa City, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Terrence left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Hagen and Colette Hagen; and his brother Kenneth Hagen. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Yeo (Terry) of Iowa City, Deanna Hagen of Iowa City, Mary Hagen of Iowa City, Nancy Gessner (Lorne) of Edmonton, Canada, Kathy Hagen of Cedar Rapids, Dennis Hagen of Eldridge, IA and Rene Goedken (Mike) of Davenport, IA; and his nieces and nephews, RaeAnn, Deana, Angela, Darrick, Troy, Aimee, Jessica, Dirk, Rick, Tiffany, Larry and Kristjan. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews and numerous extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (2790 Black Hawk Ave NW, Oxford, IA 52322).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Hagen family in care of Mary Hagen.

Randy Stockman wrote a sympathy message

“My condolences to Terry's family. I was a classmate of Terry from Kindergarten on. As often happens, we splintered off into different groups as we advanced through school, but I do recall a few instances when I would ride my bike into Oxford and toodle around with Terry. My recollections seem to be of him as a fairly happy, active and high energy kid. If he maintained those qualities throughout the rest of his life, I'm sure he will be missed by those close to him.”
