He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Miller and Jessie Loretta Miller (Fleming); and his sister Sharon M. Kost. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Miller (Mike Lambert), Barbara Phillips (Bob), Thomas Miller (Helen) and Ralph Miller.
