She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Webb" Hughes and Anna Frances Hughes; her husband Kent Angerer; her sons-in-law, Bob Neppl and Tim Stephenson; and her siblings, Helen, Elias, Everett, Adele and Charlotte.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Mildenstein (Roger), April Neppl, Margaret Stephenson, Melanie Ihrig (Lou Tassinary) and Brent Angerer (Linda). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (4330 St Patricks Dr, Iowa City, IA 52245). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice, whose caring staff were sincerely appreciated over the past year.
