She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Conley and Margaret Conley (Wright); her brother David Conley; her former husbands, John Carman of Pittsburgh and David Baldus; her son-in-law James Robinson (Kathryn); and her granddaughter Louisa Carman.
She is survived by: her brother Davie; her children, Jeffrey, Craig, Kathryn and Glen; her stepdaughters, Kate and Helen; her close friends, Jeff Carman, Julie Arnold of Nashville, Tennessee, Craig Carman, Chris Annicella of Iowa City, Kathryn Robinson of Chicago, Illinois, Glen Carman, Ann Bradlow of Chicago, Illinois and Helen Baldus of Greeley, Pennsylvania.; and also, Kate Baldus and Oscar Stern of Brooklyn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Iowa City Hospice, Shelter House, Neighborhood Centers, and Compeer.
