She was predeceased by: her parents, D. C. Nolan and Margaret Nolan (Schwertley); and her siblings, Betty Nolan, Daniel Nolan, John Nolan, Katherine Calacci, Frances Kensinger and Peggy Nolan.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Wagner; her children, Lisa Jewell (David) of Mt. Pleasant, IA, Frank Wagner of West Liberty, IA, Maria Joshi (Ashwin) of St. Louis, MO, George Wagner (Jennifer) of Iowa City, IA and Louise Wagner (Bruce Clark) of Brooklyn, NY; her grandchildren, Luke Jewell (Erin), Ben Jewell (Tara), Natalie Bales (Mike), Fritz Wagner (Madi), Cliff Wagner (Victoria), Audrey Wagner, Louisa Wagner, Lucy Wagner, Sophia Wagner and Camilla Wagner; her great grandchildren, Violet, Henry, Evelyn, Vera, Cora, Eloise, Felix, Cecilia and Fiona; and her brother Richard J. Nolan of Cape Coral, FL.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (630 E Davenport St, Iowa City, IA 52245). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (1122 N Dodge St, Iowa City, IA 52245).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Indian School or The Regina Foundation.
