He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Webb and Margaret Webb (Schupanitz); his wife Nancy Louise Werner; his brother Thomas Webb; and his nephew D. J. Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Dallman (Doug) of New Hampton, Shirley Webb (Dan Hook) of Texas and William Webb (Annette) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Amy Patnaik (Aseem), Jason Dallman, Kyle Huber (Rosalba), Shannon Warner (Joey), Mackenzie Webb (Tamara) and Cassandra Webb; his great grandchildren, Natalia, Ian, Eddy, Julianna, Kailey and Levi; and his sister Lavonne Pearce (Paul) of Virginia.
