He is survived by: his former spouse Allison Butzlaff; his friend Aaron Howell; his daughters, Miranda and Angeleta; his grandchildren, Azalea, Cyrus, Camilla, Kyra, Emma, Maia and Noah; and his siblings, Charlene Fisher, Kevin Fisher, Darwin Fisher (Rita), Dale Fisher, Larry Fisher, Lori Fisher Kuykendall (Mike), DeeEtta Alberto (Felix) and Tiffaney Fisher.
