He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jenn and Letha Jenn (Bucknell); and his siblings, Elaine Krull, Virgil, Vern, Donald and Ralph.
He is survived by: his brother Raymond Jenn (Mary) of Waterloo, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, Norbert's family has planned for a memorial mass at a later date.
