He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Kellogg and Wilma Kellogg (Martin); his son Joe; and his siblings, Mike, Bruce and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hoffman of Ionia; his children, Michele Munn (Doug) of Clear Lake, Jackie Zeien (Ken) of Waverly, IA, Brian Kellogg (Shana) of Ionia and Lisa Kellogg of Ionia; and his siblings, Wayne Nathem of Waterloo, IA, Leroy Kellogg (Lynette) of Ionia, Leslie Kellogg (Cindy) of Ionia and Sandra Bucknell (Dan) of Tripoli, IA.
