He is survived by: his parents, Casey Cajthaml (Sarah) of Charles City, IA and Jamie Ballantine of New Hampton, IA; his stepfather Jereb Kellogg of Ionia, IA; his siblings, Carter Cajthaml of Charles City, IA, Jackson Kellogg of Ionia, IA, Jeb Kellogg of Ionia, IA, Kinnick Cajthaml of Charles City, IA and Jaelyn Kellogg of Ionia, IA; his grandparents, Ed Cajthaml (Lori) of Floyd, IA, Mary Foth of Algona, IA, David Foth of Algona, IA, Bob Ballantine of Harpers Ferry, IA and Sharon Kellogg of Ionia, IA; and his great-grandparents, Phyllis Ballantine of Stanhope, IA and Edna Foth of Algona, IA. He is also survived by his parents, grandparents, siblings and friends.
He played Youth Sports Foundation football and travel-team baseball, and one of his favorite memories had to be when he socked a home run over the left-field fence during a game against Burnsville in Blue Earth, Minnesota.
