He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Etter; his siblings, Vernon Etter (Pat), Virginia Schlepp (Charles) and Darlene Dice; his children, Rhonda Etter, Jeff Etter (Cynthia) and Fred Etter (Michelle); his grandchildren, Donya Schroeder, India May, Jacob Weaver, Lorah Sirbaugh (Justin), Emily Etter and Colin Etter; and his great grandchildren, Artemis, Cindy, Wyatt and Charlotte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
